Begin the hiring process by submitting your CV to our headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
Once we receive your CV, a hiring specialist will review it and decide whether or not you will proceed to the next stage. Our recruitment process is extremely selective. On average, 10 percent of those who apply are hired as Investment Representatives. If you are selected to move forward, you will be contacted in order to set up a first interview, which is conducted by phone. This interview lasts on average 30 to 45 minutes. Following this interview, a decision will be made as to whether you will advance in our selection process.
You will be required to conduct face-to-face surveys unrelated to Edward Jones at residences and businesses. Conducting the surveys will allow you to experience one aspect of the work of an Edward Jones Investment Representative.
After that, you will complete a face-to-face interview with a hiring team member. He or she will be an experienced Investment Representative. After this interview, we will review all information gathered on your behalf, including the results of an industry mandated background check. Should an offer of employment be extended to you, a hiring specialist will contact you to inform you of the available training class start dates.
